This exciting new extension introduces 16 new beds to Hillview, reflecting the latest design principles in modern aged care environments. The development has been carefully planned to maximise efficient use of space while maintaining a strong focus on comfort, accessibility, and resident wellbeing.
Each room is designed to provide a generous, open feel, giving residents the ability to personalise their surroundings and create a true sense of home. The wing also includes three inviting lounge areas of varying sizes, providing comfortable spaces for residents, families and friends to gather and enjoy meaningful connection in a relaxed setting.

Construction of the new wing is well under way. The timeline below provides a guide to the estimated completion and opening dates.

For over 30 years Hillview has played a vital role in the community, providing high-quality, aged care in a caring and homelike environment. As a 100% community-owned, not-for-profit, this commitment will continue with the introduction of the new wing.
This important extension is a $5 million project, with half of the funding generously supported through a Federal Government grant. To bring it to life, we are relying on the support of our community.
